Now, with embedded GenAI, CloudSuite Distribution automatically scans notes across transactions, customers, vendors, and products, providing a clean, concise summary within the existing notes widget. This new capability saves valuable time by eliminating the need to sift through an abundance of notes and ensures the most relevant details are included in customer-facing documentation.

CEO role-based workspace: Insights at a glance

Executives need more than data—they need clarity to monitor business health and respond proactively. The new CEO role-based workspace delivers a curated dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs), financial overviews, customer trends, and operational alerts. This workspace enables faster, more confident decision-making without having to dig through multiple reports.

Smarter invoice processing for trade and expense invoices

Not all invoices are created equal, and not all follow the same process. This release introduces automated invoice flows with tailored logic, approvals, and validations specific to expense and trade invoices, providing a single funnel for all invoices to flow into CloudSuite Distribution.

Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation (RPA), this new capability allows you to import documents, identify and match purchase orders to line items accurately, while handling exceptions and errors efficiently—no more hunting through multiple screens. The benefit? Streamlined accounts payable processes with faster, more accurate invoice handling and fewer manual interventions.

Digitizing pickup and delivery receipts at scale

Many distributors still rely on paper-based proof-of-delivery documents. This update supports bulk scanning of signed packing slips, automatically routing them to designated email inboxes or file directories. Using RPA, the system detects individual documents, extracts key data (customer, order number), and uploads them into Infor™ Document Management, associating them with the correct records in CloudSuite Distribution.

As a result, customers can now digitize critical delivery documents to improve record-keeping, enhance accessibility, and reduce unnecessary paper-based storage.

Simplified payments: Credit card integration with cash receipts

To improve cash flow, reduce processing time, and enhance customer experience, credit card payments can now be processed directly within the Cash Receipts (ARECE) module for selected invoices. This includes one-time charges or payments using stored cards, providing flexibility to meet various payment preferences.

Bulk product attribute management for smarter filtering

Managing extensive product catalogs just became easier. Distributors can now bulk upload product attributes using data conversion tools and assign them to the appropriate products. These custom tags—such as brand, category, model, or type—enable advanced filtering and faster product searches, empowering users to find exactly what they need with minimal effort.
