Beginning on October 1, 2025, all Infor U Support inquiries will be managed exclusively through the Infor Customer Portal via Infor Concierge, streamlining our communication for your convenience.
This means no more managing cases using email alone; instead, you’ll benefit from one centralized location to submit, track, and update your requests—including Infor U Support—granting you greater visibility into your cases, access to our comprehensive knowledge base, and quicker resolution.

What’s Changing?
- Starting October 1, 2025, we encourage you to create and manage your Infor U Support cases directly through the Infor Customer Portal via Infor Concierge.
- While you can still contact InforU.Support@infor.com directly, please note that all email support requests will be routed through and converted to cases within the Infor Customer Portal.
- After submitting a case or sending an email, you’ll receive a notification with a link to view and update your case.
- To keep your case up to date, add comments, or attach documents, simply click the link in your Infor Customer Portal notification email.
- Alternatively, you can reply directly to ServiceNow-generated notification emails with comments or attachments without logging in to Infor Concierge.

How to Get Started
Log in to Infor Concierge and open the Infor Customer Portal, then access Help & Tutorials to view our “Getting Started with Infor Customer Portal” video.
We also invite you to search “Infor Customer Portal” in the Infor Concierge Knowledge Base for additional information and related articles.
If you have any questions, need support during this transition, or would like to submit your next Infor U Support case, please create or update an existing case in the Infor Customer Portal. Should you need any assistance accessing Infor Concierge, please select the “Need Help?” option on the login page.
